What trouble do you experience? You can use the Apple Bluetooth Serial Utility to bind a specific Bluetooth profile to a standard tty serial port. The barcode scanners that we've seen either have software that specifically communicates with it using the Bluetooth APIs or they have a serial port service. In the later case, you'll need to use the Bluetooth Serial Utility to create an outgoing service for the scanner and select the serial port service for it. In the same environment with similar hardware, we do consistently see 3x speeds for EDR transfers over basic rate transfers. NOKIA 6600 fails to sync up with iSync.

site_archiver(a)lists.apple.com Delivered-To: bluetooth-dev(a)lists.apple.com Hi, I saw a couple of threads already regarding the use of NOKIA 6600 and iSync but did not find any solutions to this issue: My phone is recognized by my laptop (powerbook, latest update for iSync and bluetooth), and when i launch iSync, i can see my phone. I tried what was described in some the previous mail; I retried to set up the device several time, turned off/on my phone, .. but none of them seemed to succeed. Any help is appreciated.
