I found some class in the kernel framework but I think I cant use it in a user space application... Is there a function or a classe that can be use to acces the HCI controller ? Thanks. Bluetooth SCO Audio driver under 10.7

In Mac OS X Lion, the Bluetooth SCO Audio driver crashes frequently so I've had to disable this feature temporarily to until Apple fixes their driver. I've also seen online reports of Bluetooth headsets no longer working under Lion due to similar failures. See Radar: 9874961 Crash in Bluetooth SCO Audio Driver uncovered by Mac OS X Lion With the release of 10.7.1, I'm hoping to confirm whether these problems have been addressed. My own limited testing indicates Bluetooth audio may be working. Is there any way to get a status update on whether these problems have been addressed? My bug reports are still listed as open, and there is no mention of Bluetooth audio fixes in the 10.7.1 release notes.
