Hello I did some background applications and one of those (location based) was rejected until I informed the user in the description that background tasks may reduce the battery life. Peripheral load limit within background application

Application communicates with a bluetooth accessory while running in the background. I am wondering is there a limit how much the peripheral can interrupt the phone?
