site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: bluetooth-dev@lists.apple.com User-agent: Microsoft-Entourage/9.0.6.8320 This is a customer support question. Please use the Apple dedicated service channels and not a Developer mailing list. If you do not have neither an Apple Store around nor Apple Care coverage anymore, I recommend to use the Apple Discussions > Bluetooth > Other Devices. Please have a search there first. There your topic is addressed very, very often and solutions are provided for near all cases. http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=1003 Nevertheless you would have found it on the traditional way, too: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300429 In short, do a PRAM reset. This is done while holding the Command (Apple), Option (left of Apple), P and R keys together while booting up your Mac. You will get a second chime indicating the success of your keyboard hitting. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=2238 When it is still absent - however the above will fix it - it is likely to have a hardware failure. Go for Apple Care support then. Posted to the mailing list, to allow the answer to be found for those who use the Bluetooth List Search functionality. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
