CSR include file

Hi all, I'm trying to connect a BT module with CSR chipset (USB interface). I got the csrbc01.sys driver from the CSR site, but I cannot find the corresponding include file (I guess it's only provided with the SDK). I would be grateful if someone can send me the csrbc01.h.
