Bluetooth-dev mailing list (Bluetooth-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/bluetooth-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... We've also noticed some different behaviors with connection closing on 10.5.7. I know the bluetooth-dev list doesn't seem to be monitored by anyone at Apple, but maybe if someone on the BT team is reading this they could try to summarize what's changed behind the scenes in 10.5.7 so we can better think about how it might affect us. ------------------------------------- "The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair." - Douglas Adams On Mac OS 10.5.7, calling -[IOBluetoothDevice closeConnection] returns an error: "(iokit/common) device(s) still open". Although this only happens 6 times out of 10, it can be clearly shown that it happens only on 10.5.7 and never on previous versions. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
