Bluetooth USB devices

When I was at the Bluetooth COngress in Amsterdam last week, I heard the rumor, but no official notice that Apple is not going to ship the back-orders for the D-Link USB dongle. Can anyone say why? I have tried the TDK USB dongle, but it is unrecognized. Our development USB dongle, Psion works plug-n-play with the Apple Bluetooth stack. Anyone know of other working USB Bluetooth compatibles?
