Our current stack does not support multiple HCI controllers - only one at a time, allowing you the use of a maximum of 7 concurrent connections. Bubba bubba@apple.com
Hello,
Does anyone know if MacOSX supports the use of multiple bluetooth (USB)
adapters simultaneously? What I'd like to accomplish is connecting 28
mice or keypads to a single computer. I'm planning to use wired USB but
interested in a wireless solution.
I'm hoping the bluetooth spec allows for 4 simultaneous piconets in
the same room. Bandwidth will not be much of an issue in this project;
response time will.
Not owning a BT HID device I'm not sure how pairing is done. Would it
be possible to automate this process? Will each device automatically
pick one of the piconets with free slots?
any thoughts appreciated,
Martijn
