Expose the Service and Characteristic and Central role in iOS6

Hi, I've read the “Bluetooth Accessory Design Guidelines for iOS 6” and let me confirm these things in the document, please. Can a Central object access/monitor the data on GATT server in iOS device itself? Could we implement Central role as GATT server? Thanks for your cooperation.
