OSX 10.9 Mavericks BLE

Hi all, I am currently updated my OSX to 10.9 Mavericks. I have a BLE App works great on iOS7 and I am trying to do it similarly on OSX 10.9 using IOBluetooth framework instead of CoreBluetooth, but I found that I could not write characteristic (it is "write without response") but only can receive data from characteristics.
