Eric,
I'm filing a bug report that the current API doesn't
provide a mechanism to control the run loop modes that the
incoming Bluetooth events are handled in.
Thanks. I know I should have done that right after 10.3 came out and I found out that "they" (whoever develops the code that handles system status bar items) changed the way things work when a status bar menu is opened.
When the initial notification is registered, the
caller is notified about all existing connections. Then as
new connections are established, new notifications are sent.
Okay, now that I understand what's happening, and that it is actually the expected behavior, I should be able to work around it. ...Thanx... ...Eric... _______________________________________________ bluetooth-dev mailing list | bluetooth-dev@lists.apple.com Help/Unsubscribe/Archives: http://www.lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo/bluetooth-dev Do not post admin requests to the list.
