This is what it says: Control Center New Features • Tapping the Wi-Fi button in Control Center now disconnects from the current network and temporarily disables Wi-Fi networking. (32299242) Resolved Issues • The expanded Wi-Fi UI in Control Center now updates the network name when transitioning between networks. (32280116) • The Bluetooth button behavior in Control Center now mirrors that of the Wi-Fi control. (32300000) I don't see any explanation on how/why/to what the behavior is changing on iOS 11. The only thing I'm noticing now on Beta 6 is that when turning BT off from the control center, my app is getting the proper delegate call (i wasn't before). But the BT section on Settings is still not turning off. So it's super weird and confusing from a user's point of view. On the other side. If you turn BT off in settings, and then turn it on from Control Center, then it DOES work as expected. So there is definitely something funky going on which I hope they resolve before going live... *_____**_* Jan Lübeck Chief Technology Officer fyrastudio.com On Tue, Aug 15, 2017 at 5:25 PM, Jose Gabriel Marcelino < gabriel@metavurt.net> wrote:
It's still in the release notes under under the Control Centre - Resolved Issues. There's a bullet item about Bluetooth.

I can only see the release notes for the current beta 6 which doesn't mention a change in behavior. Can you share more about it or where I can find it?
Thanks!

Please read the release notes….specifically the Control Center section. The behaviour of the buttons is changing in iOS 11.

It works as expected in iOS 10.3.3. Turn it OFF in control center and it's OFF in settings. Turn it back ON in either place and it's ON in the other place, just as expected. Sounds like a bug in 11.0 to me.

I opened this bug with Apple:
*When you toggle Bluetooth OFF in the control center the Bluetooth toggle in iOS Settings does not turn off.*
It works as expected when toggling Bluetooth off in iOS settings, the Bluetooth iCon in the Control Center does show disabled.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Control Center 2. When Bluetooth iCon is "Blue" select it to disable BT 3. Open iOS Settings 4. Navigate to Bluetooth 5. Notice that the Bluetooth toggle is still ON.
Expected Results: When the Control Center Bluetooth iCon is disabled (OFF) the Bluetooth toggle in iOS settings should also turn off.
Observed Results: Bluetooth toggle in iOS settings stays ON, when BT icon in Control Center is turned off.
Version: 11.0 (15A5341f)
*And this is what Apple replied:* This issue behaves as intended.
How can this be intended behavior? Does anybody else have this issue? I've seen it in 3 different phones already. *_____**_* Jan Lübeck Chief Technology Officer fyrastudio.com _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
