iOS7 b4 & BLE

Hello! Have anyone luck with establishing BLE connection on iOS7 b4 and iPad3? On my side it just forever tries to connect to discovered device or forever tries to retrieve it using UUID. I've even set observer for device's 'state' property - same luck: "Connecting" and no changes at all. The same code works perfect on iOS6.
