All Bluetooth LE Apps crash with a new BLE device

Hi all, I have a new device but never connected before with my newly upgraded iPhone 4S (iOS6 GM), I found that many BLE Apps crash when connecting to this device (I used some scan Apps to see, the device name is NULL). It works with prev. connected device and the name is not "NULL". What is going wrong with my device?
