Mfg data missing in BTLE advertisements in 10.8.3?

I just updated two machines to Mac OS 10.8.3, and I'm noticing that the central's didDiscoverPeripheral: callback no longer delivers the manufacturer data (CBAdvertisementDataManufacturerDataKey) for discovered peripherals. Is this a bug, or is there some new thing I need to do to get access to the manufacturer data again?
