IOServiceMatching

If I wanted to detect the coming and going of Bluetooth devices I imagine I can use IOServiceMatching? But what would be the IO class name? I'm guessing: "IOBluetoothDevice"? And how about the PlugInInterface? I've got the December developer tools but I don't seem to have the Bluetooth Framework. Isn't it included?
