This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com My hardware currently has A2DP/AVRCP and I can use SPP/iAp but I am wondering if there are other profiles that would allow a custom application to send short messages to and from my custom Bluetooth device? I am aware of BLE, but I also understand that I should not mix A2DP with BLE. Not to say that these will every be used at the same time, its either one or the other.
