I can't find a single line of documentation anywhere that tells me what this is for or what difference it makes. Could someone please tell me what the difference is between a "favorite" bluetooth device and another paired device? The purpose of favorites is to have a quick access list of favorite or frequently used devices but not require them to be paired. Say if you often send files to your phone, palm or another computer you can designate that as a favorite and easily access if without performing an inquiry. In reality you could accomplish the same thing by pairing the device, but that may be unnecessary or even impossible in some cases. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
