Using "<device name>" may affect Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity

The device acts as a Bluetooth mouse, among other things. All I could find on it was the “If you see a connectivity alert” section in this article <https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT211009>. What is the technical reason for this error, and is there a way to mitigate it from the “problem device"?
