Bluetooth-dev mailing list (Bluetooth-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/bluetooth-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... I am trying to use a Motorola HS820 Bluetooth Headset to work with an Anycom USB-240 Bluetooth dongle on my Powerbook G4 1GHz running 10.3.7. The USB-240 has the Silicon Wave SiW3000 chipset. The Bluetooth setup Assistant finds the headset fine (after selectig "other devices"), but when I press "continue" I get the following message: "Failed to set up the headset. Headsets are not supported on your Bluetooth hardware." This Anycom dongle does support headsets and Anycom's tech support believes that the MacOSX Bluetooth stack does not support the Silicon Wave SiW3000 chipset. Is this the likely reason? If so, is there a work around? This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
