If it would compile, it would raise a NotImplementedError when you tried to import the module. But lightblue should work. I have been trying to install pyBluez and LightBlue with little luck and I was hoping for some direction.

I've tried several versions of pyBluez and LightBlue with little to no success. I think pyBLuez 4.62 is my best bet and I'd like to work with pyBluez 4.62 but every time I ./configure I get:

checking for DBUS... configure: error: D-Bus library is required

I've installed DBUS several times now (or so I thought) but I still can't get pyBluez to build correctly. Does anyone have any advice?
