Re: Bluetooth USB devices - Ericsson ROK 101 007/21
Hi There. I'd like to ask for support for another BT module, the Ericcson ROK 101 007/21 Module that we use in a self-made board. it is similar to the early Ericsson Bluetooth Development Kits. When I plug it in, its not recognized from the System ( Bluetooh: Not Available in the Status Bar) I run IORegistry and the System Profiler. Its listed there, so I assume the module and its USB connection are working. I'll attach the Report from the System Profiler. Any ideas ? I ordered two ACER modules as they are sold for US $50 each, but we have a lot ( 20.. ) of those Protyping-Boards that can also be used over a serial connection ( which is a little unconvenient since there are no serial ports on mac nowadays, (ok, XServer..)) Even with this nifty keyspan usb-2-serial box, I am not able to use the Apple BT Stack, or is it possible to use a serial connection to access the HCI ?
