And that's why Apple has dumped it in iPhone OSX. did you try with the iPhone? As I said, it's more a feature of the BT chipset than the OS (the OS does nothing about or against it). So, if the BT chipset support it - I believe most to in a way or the other - Apple would really have to think about it and explicitly write code to stop it.
