Bluetooth-dev mailing list (Bluetooth-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/bluetooth-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... Since both posts today ask for the same basic thing, I've repackaged the bluetooth scanner from iStumbler into a cocoa command line tool 'lsbt' which will list all bluetooth devices currently linked to your computer. With trivial modifications it can be made to list paired, recent and favorite devices as well but I didn't take it that far. I have been reading apple's on-line docs about Bluetooth Programming (Cocoa-Objective C) and I feel I need more info in order to implement a simple program for device discoverying and sending Strings from my Mobile to my G5 (some sort of Messaging Application). ii)Does any one know about some literature for programming with IOBluetooth libraries on OS X? I am looking for a way to know if Bluetooth devices are in range (devices already paired is enough) through a shell script. Chris This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
