Is this discussed anywhere? I'm noticing that I get a pairing dialog (with cryptic strings on the Sim) asking me to allow pairing with my device, but not until after I go to write authenticated-write characteristics (that is, not during connect or discovery). I think we don't actually want auth-write, because I don't think that prevents snooping, does it?
