Re: fax over Bluetooth in 10.4.3
site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: bluetooth-dev@lists.apple.com Hello Michael, the described procedure works fine for me with 10.4.x. I use a SE T610. Which phone do you have? Maybe this phone cannot be used as a modem? Hello all, This looks to me to be the right list to ask this question. I have seen guidance on how to set up and Bluetooth phone to send faxes under 10.4. The problem is that the guidance must be for 10.4.0 or something (it is at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html? artnum=301077). When I go to select Bluetooth - Modem I don't have that option I only have a Bluetooth printer option. If I select it I then have to put in a URI, the system gives me 'bluetooth://' I don't know how to find the rest of the URI or if I should be trying a different route. Any info would be greatly appreciated. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
