When reading my mail yesterday I was very very very happy. Apple finally supported bluetooth printing! Sinds the HP Deskjet 995c supports the HCRP profile (works on WinXP and my iPaq) I was really hoping that it would work. Also Alan Berkema of HP ensured me that the HCRP profile is supported. (I had to do a firmware upgrade using Windows XP :I ) I tried these 3 methodes to add my 995c: 1. Bluetooth Setup Assistant Set up new bluetooth device > Printer > Select my 995c Here it says: "Searching for printers - 1 found." When continuing and setting up the name for my printer it shows: "Configuring printer" and than: "Driver not installed" 2. Printer Setup Utility When adding a printer in the printer list, I select type "Bluetooth" Than it shows my 995c in gray (non selectable) and gives this message: "Searching for printers." After a wile it will stop searching saying: "Search Completed - 0 found." and even removes my 995c (in gray) from de list! 3. Printer dialog When selecting the printer "Bluetooth Printers" > "995c" it recognizes my 995c as an bluetooth printer. After selecting it says: "Creating printer" And than, after a little while it says: "An error occurred while trying to add the selected printer" After waiting a vert long time for this, still no printing over bluetooth! What I'm I doing wrong and how can I fix this?
