It's private API in the IOBluetooth framework. It's what the developer Bluetooth utility Bluetooth\ Explorer.app presumably uses to change the local hardware's class of device. I need this as I have Bluetooth devices that don't like communicating with devices that aren't cellphones. They'll pair, but if the device didn't claim to be a cellphone at the time of pairing, they won't do much else. I can set the class of device using Bluetooth\ Explorer.app, but it would be more useful to have my AppKit app be able to do the same thing automatically.
