Roger, That software came from Heidelberg. You might try Karl Hudson—karl@hudsongrafik.com <mailto:karl@hudsongrafik.com>—he maintains Heidelberg scanners all over the world. They use the ScanOpen module of that software for profiling the scanners, and if I’m not mistaken the ViewOpen module comes with it. Sorry I can’t get to the computer that has that software right now to check. Anyway, Karl is a man of many resources. Good luck, Paul Stubblebine San Francisco 415-609-0123

I know this is an odd question but would anyone happen to still have a copy of the measurements file generated by this software? For the purpose of experimenting, I installed this old “vintage” package on my WinXP machine. It works, but the rounded Sequel puck enclosed in the original box, plugged into the RS-232 port of this PC, does not respond ☹ I have no way to further test it. And that’s the ONLY colorimeter supported…
The software has an option to “import” already measured values in the form of XYZ data but they don’t include a “sample” measurement file… There is an online Help which shows some of 32 XYZ measurements but no guidance on the corresponding RGB values. If only I could recreate the measurement file, I’d be home free…
Any help is appreciated!
