3D graphing tool

Is there anything more < advanced > than PatchTool v6 latest set of 3D graphing tools? I mean, for the money, there's a lot of "power" in that window. I remember using other tools to analyze measurement files and the contents of ICC profile in the past. I always like ICC Examin from a German programmer but it only worked on some old MacOS version. It was designed to work with CinePaint. The feature I liked best was the ability to have the device/Lab values displayed at the bottom of the window as I would hover the mouse over some data points. I see there's an Android version now. I don't suppose I could run Android apps in Windows? (I tried that once and the installed run-time screwed my system so very badly.) / Roger
