You should be able to do this in ColorPort but it’s not initially intuitive. Make a custom target, even more than 1 patch. Make a spot measurements and click the "I" info button in the measurements are it will show you the values. Or export to a txt.
I think newer versions of i1Profile can do this too. I use PatchTool (not free but so useful).

So when I'm comparing prints I can quickly ascertain the difference in patches. It doesn't require me to have a target. If want to be able to do this with i1 profiler I have to upgrade to the Publish edition. The X-rite technician said there are third party apps but he couldn't name names.
