Bluebeam = No Color Management?

If all you had was the Bluebeam application, could you correctly print your profile targets using that application? When I tested it years ago, what came out was the same as what went in profile-wise. Could we assume that the "no profile" target charts would remain at "no profile" and get a print that could make a decent profile? Just wondering if anybody had tried it.
