I have read and re-read and re-re-read each relevant sections of the standard to no avail? All there "seems" to be are references to the shape of the curves and the polynomial used to determine the TVIs (shown in Table 9) but nothing to the effect that there ought to be different aim values for each process colors? I am tempted to conclude that the specified TVI numbers are "common" to all four colors? But I hate to come up to that conclusion on my own.
