Just a quick note to the group asking about any problems with a Mavericks upgrade particularly with Photoshop, Lightroom, or the print path?

The biggest issue is that dang ³Prevent App Nap² preference found in the app Info window. It¹s unchecked by default. Make sure it¹s checked or the apps that are working in the background will slow way down or crash under heavy load. Example: Photoshop with Alien Skin Exposure running in batch will crash if "Prevent App Nap" is unchecked.
