Hello Simon: Maybe a multi-shot digital back is what you need. The Kodak scanner is limited to DIN A3 size and sure that you'll find some bigger pieces of art. The DSRL advantage is to work with raw DNG file format, multiple charts with ACR Calibrator Script and all outputs that your workflow needs. I'm working on a color management workflow similar to Peter Krogh's proposal. The procedure tries to demonstrate a Nikon D90 hability to produce files with dE less than 1 with the only limitation of its sensor size to produce large prints. http://www.fotoconservacion2011.org/inicio/?acc=home&idc=1 http://www.fotoconservacion2011.org/conferencia_nacional/?idc=45 Salud Jose Bueno
