question to group

Hi All, just wondering if anybody has experience with Mac 10.8 in a networked/account environment? Particularly I'm trying to set the monitor profile to default to my custom profile for any user that logs in. At the moment each user needs assign the custom monitor profile in preferences but I want to automate this step. Thanks Peter
