Since we are on the subject of the color picker read outs in Photoshop,I am having an experience that I'd like to figure out. I am getting two different color picker readouts for HSV and RGB for the same Pantone spot color. The Lab and CMYK numbers do match. Please note that the color management preferences (color settings) are the same. Laptop 1: Windows 10 PC Photoshop CC v19.1.0Laptop 2: MacBook Pro Mac OS 10.13.2 Photoshop CC v2017.1.0 Laptop 1, color picker, (example) Pantone PurpleRGB= 165, 45, 181 CMYK= 35C, 88M, 0Y, 0Y HSB: 293/75/71 Lab: 47/69/-42Laptop 2, color picker, (example) Pantone PurpleRGB= 144, 65, 160 CMYK= 35C, 88M, 0Y, 0Y HSB: 290/59/63 Lab: 47/69/-42 Laptop 1, color picker, (example) Pantone 802RGB= 128/212/69 CMYK= 67C, 0M, 100Y, 0Y HSB: 95/67/83 Lab: 75/-63/63Laptop 2, color picker, (example) Pantone 802RGB= 117/189/73 CMYK= 67C, 0M, 100Y, 0Y HSB: 97/61/74 Lab: 75/-63/63 This is true of all spot colors. (both are Pantone+ Solid Coated library) Why?The PC version looks to be correct. Why is the Mac version giving different numbers in RGB and HSB? Randy Zaucha
