as has been mentioned there was Doctor Pro from Horses/Colorvision?... it worked precisely this way and worked very well including the use of adjustment layers. I used it for a variety of conventional and none conventional purposes like editing partition curves into profiles for multi density monochromatic inkets (quadtones) in faux cmyk mode. I still fire up and old Mac once in a great while and use it. I don't know what the Kodak software could do that it could not... but I know some people who might be interested to know their software is still appreciated.. Tyler
