Script or Command to Convert Between CMYK Profiles

I'm building an AppleScript where I need to take source CMYK values (profiled for GRACoL6) for color swatches in InDesign (listed as list of 4 real values between 0 and 100) and convert them to SWOP values. Are there any commands that I can run as shell commands to do this? Argyll?
