QTR printing problem with files with large dimensions

Dear all, i run into the problems with printing files with large dimensions (in pixels). This is not color related problem, so sorry for little bit off topic question. Maybe is between us somebody with some programming and similar technical skills, who can give me any idea what we can do to solve our problem.
