last time i looked photoresearch and probably the competition had photoradiometers for one-click full- monitor measurement On Tue, Feb 11, 2020 at 3:34 AM Roger Breton via colorsync-users < colorsync-users@lists.apple.com> wrote:
The report you got with your unit showed a max of 3 DeltaE for the screen uniformity? Now that's interesting and impressive. I wish that was part of their official specs ☹ I'm getting bounced between tech support and sales support with regards to this question... Will wait some more before throwing the towel.
Thanks for your help / Roger
BTW, that Samsung no longer exists.

NEC for SpectraView has this: https://www.nec-display-solutions.com/p/sv/en/technology.xhtml
Then an actual factory calibration and verification report in the box for the shipped unit. For my PA271Q, it shows the measured area, the device used and Screen Uniformity in dE (formula not specified) and mine was “Limit less than 3.0).

Here's a manufacturer that's willing to post uniformity information on their product web page: https://displaysolutions.samsung.com/monitor/detail/822/U32D970Q I have not read through the rest of the specs but I like these two sentences:
Every UD970 is individually calibrated for uniformity correction by splitting the display into 25 sections, and then adjusting the brightness of individual sections uniformly with the calibrator. This results in center and peripheral areas that maintain an amazing calibration accuracy of △E<3. Less than 3 DeltaE? Really? That's not a bad performance.
