When reading a target, RGB, regardless of which line I read, the software does not register the corresponding line. It does not tell me I have read the wrong line for, let's say, line 3. I can read line 12, and if line 3 was the next one, it thinks I am reading it, the software is happy. I says read line 4 Does not tell me I have read the wrong line.
Error checking when measuring is non existent. Only when you attempt to build a profile will an error pop, one that’s pretty non descriptive. That’s your sign you need to go back into the Measurement Workflow and examine all the before and after patches. If one is off, you have to re-measure just the row.
I have seen strange looking green profile shapes in .icc profile.
Like dips in the surface? I’ve seen this too but the resulting profiles seem fine. This was a new experience for me when showing off a class the software last weekend using an EyeOne Pro. I’ve done a lot of profiles with an iSis, never noticed this before. Maybe a bug in way the map is built? Andrew Rodney http://www.digitaldog.net/
