Hello Mark, You can compare you target data with the data I compiled, and which is available from this Web page: http://www.babelcolor.com/main_level/ColorChecker.htm
... how long should one be kept before replacing?
Depends on how off you are relative to nominal values. This can vary between 3 years and 20 years. Was the target well kept? (under wrap, in the dark, not touched by dirty fingers, etc.) Was it exposed to environment? Hi-
I'm using a rather old color checker and RPP64 for profiling, and am getting peak errors of deltaE 11, and average errors of over 4. Is it possible this is related to the age of the target, and if so, how long should one be kept before replacing?
Thanks
