Thanks Steve. Good suggestions. I think I'll try the video card first and if that doesn't work, I'll move on to your suggestions. Sadly, I can't try anything myself. I have to wait for IT to move it all around, and I have to wait until each user can interrupt their work. So it may be a little while before I find anything out. Thanks again. Ken
