Hello Roger, LittleCMS runs on Mac. Dalim Twist uses it when configured to do so and I ColorThink uses it too. Alternatively, would there be a LittleCMS CMM for MacOSX or Win7-8?
LittleCMS and HDM CMM agree pretty well with each other.
