I would like to thank everyone for the great suggestions on how you "Defeat Eye Adaptation" when editing photos. I waited before responding to allow time for people to weigh in, so please do not think I'm not grateful for the help because I am. All of your suggestions are very helpful. I have used some of these techniques myself, but I also heard some great new ideas. I'm sometimes too lazy or impatient to take the time or make the effort, but of course that is false economy. I end up spending more time editing and reediting the same damned image! I'm sure none of you have ever been guilty of that. :o) I'm the guy who is doing woodworking and decides to skip that medium grade of sandpaper and go straight to the fine grade 'to save time'. Haha...it always takes longer that way. Anyway, thanks again. Regards, Lou
