Difficulties in having access to X-Rite I1 Pro 2 and I1 Isis SDK
Hi! I'm trying to get in touch with the X-Rite licensing team to get access to I1 Pro 2 and I1 Isis SDK, using the email licensingteam@xrite.com, according to instructions from the support help-desk. I already sent two emails, the first one more than a week ago, with no response at all. That's an entirely different behavior I'm used to receiving from X-Rite, usually providing quick and useful answers to my support tickets. I'm registered as X-Rite partner for more than ten years, and I had access to the first generation i1 SDK, probably earlier than 2010. I explained in both emails I own these types of equipment, and I want to use the SDK to develop solutions for my usage, so I don't have any plans to sell any software using their SDKs. Does anyone have any recent experiences in getting access to these SDKs? Thank you, Lorenzo
