OS 10.8.2 Mountain Lion - ColorMunki support
New MacMini. OS X 10.8.2. Eizo CG241W. ColorMunki software won't recognise device. Registered but activation not available! No mention of Mountain Lion on X-rite's website that I can find (where are you Tom?) All OK using ColorNavigator 6. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Mark
Hi to all, This is not a common problem, but it does happen. It may require a phone call to application support and they will provide you with a program that can be run using the command line. You also need the latest version of the software. This link should get you to the X-rite Color Munki support section on the web site. http://xritephoto.com/ph_product_overview.aspx?action=support&id=1115 This has 61 items under troubleshooting and diagnostics. If none of the above helps, try logging into the support section to start the official support process. Please make sure to have your device serial number handy when you finally speak to a human.
