Not on this end, not with color, printing and those applications. There are some oddities like trying to double click on an installer that isn't 'sanctioned' by Apple (Control Click Open works). DNG and Photoshop's PSB Finder icon's don't work properly with preview icons. But in terms of color and printing, knock wood, so far so good.
