FYI I have a brand new Windows10 machine and I installed i1Profiler 1.6.3 with XRD 2.3.9.4 last week and have used several i1Pro2 devices with it without problem. The auto update to i1Profiler 1.6.7 with XRD 2.4.0.1 killed device connectivity. The device manager doesn’t like the driver. Uninstalling XRD and reinstalling i1Profiler 1.6.3 with XRD 2.3.9.4 fixes it. Both old and new versions work great on the Mac... Scott Martin
